Finally the Microsoft's Windows 8.1 preview is released for public to download it for free. This announcement was made by Steve Ballmer (CEO) at Microsoft Build Conference in San Francisco.

The windows 8.1 is not comes with some big changes but, the additional features are indeed quite anticipated and awaited ones. The additional features includes;
- Start Button: At extreme left bottom corner which can be use to get access to the complete list (customizable) of installed apps.
- Secure: Security is improved by addition of improved access mechanism in order to protect your data and devices from malware and other threats.
- Adaptable Windows: In an update user can open up to 4 apps at a time on a screen. Which allows you to work seamlessly without any hindrance of minimization and maximization.
- other changes include improved Paint app, camera with 360 Panaroma feature, customizable tiles and backgrounds, etc.
