Sallu’s Autobiography to be Launched on Jan 31

Former Test Cricketer and Chief Selector Salahuddin Ahmed Sallu’s long awaited book titled “Sallu-An Autobiography” will be Launched at a hotel here on January 31, organizers announced on Tuesday. Sallu has been an ever popular figure in the cricketing circles for his love and knowledge of the game. The book contains a rich account of
Sallu’s playing days for Pakistan as well as in Scotland where he played league cricket. About his colleagues, juniors and associates who contributed greatly to his life and times in a career spanning nearly five decades. Noted cricket personalities, artists and prominent civil society members of the city are likely to attend the book launch. Anwar Maqsood will be the Master of Ceremonies, it concluded.
