New Materials For iPhone 5 and Samsung | Liquid Metal and Ceramics| Release in October 2012 | Rumors?

iphone 5 liquid metal casingRumors related to iPhone’s and Samsung are always circulated in market and, but this time we did not know whether it is a rumor or just concept or it really going to be done.  According to the Gene Munster (analyst for Piper Jaffray), Apple’s new next iPhone will be available in October 2012. And their new product will be iPhone 5, and one of the major characteristic or rumor about iPhone 5 is that Apple’s is going to use non-conventional material as a casing for their new product, and this material is comes in category of Liquid Metals.

The exact chemical composition of this liquid metal is yet unknown. But it will be better than conventional iphone casing materials. Liquid Metal is basically a mixture of different metals like Titanium, Zirconium, aluminum, etc, with more durability, light in weight as plastic and lustrous and ductility like aluminum, also give protection from corrosion and give strength with wear resistance and helps to make a light weight thin attractive casing with high durability. When you touch liquid metal Casing, you feel as you are touching any glass or liquid surface, that’s why it is known as liquid metal. Injection molding process will be use to give a shape to a new liquidMetal and it is supposed to be a future of upcoming Handsets.

And the other most interesting related news about Samsung is that they are also going to use CERAMICS for their new handset Samsung Galaxy S3, but kept in mind that this all information is collected from industry sources not officially from Apple or Samsung.
