New Digg Reader Will Be Best Alternative To Google Reader

On 13th march 2013, one of Google Software Engineer made a announcement on a Google Reader Official blog that Google Reader is going to expire on 1st July 2013. They also give some reason like observing big decline of users in past days and, to improve quality of other products by driving efforts from others. But personally I think theses excuses are not appropriate for such a giant company. In announcement they also pleas to find other rss alternatives with an option to download your archive (plus subscribers) via Google Takeout.

After this announcement number of rss providers with similar features or with aim to provide them in future are jumped are wake up, and starts their publicity. And for taking advantage of this golden opportunity of becoming best alternative of Google Reader, just few hours ago Digg Announced to build and release their own reader in mid of 2013.

In this announcement, Digg testify the Google Reader reliability with importance of reader for users. They also talk about some of features in their blog post as:
We hope to identify and rebuild the best of Google Reader’s features (including its API), but also advance them to fit the Internet of 2013, where networks and communities like Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Reddit and Hacker News offer powerful but often overwhelming signals as to what’s interesting. Don’t get us wrong: we don’t expect this to be a trivial undertaking. But we’re confident we can cook up a worthy successor.
To make it as best replacement they also requested to contribution as recommendations what would you want to see in it and, from developers and technologist which have good command in their fields to create some applications or for other stuff.

So now, we are going to give some suggestions on behalf on NTC, that what we and users want to see in it;

  1. Simple decent design.
  2. Fast loading speed.
  3. Easy to navigate.
  4. Accessible on Pc's, tablets, smartphones, etc.
  5. Friendly social Sharing, especially to main streams networks like G+, twitter, Facebook, etc.
  6. With title feature to search a compete article.
  7. Show recommendations on basis of friends activity, similar, trending, popular, etc.
  8. Compact list of view or Sub-folder option with an stats of unread items. 
  9. Can do comments.
  10. Facility to Import/Export feeds.
